Cynthia Grennan, Ed.D.
Dr. Cynthia Grennan, Ph.D., served 37 years in Education, having taught in the Elementary grades through Graduate Level courses. Her Administrative career included Head Counselor, Psychologist, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services and 18 years as Superintendent of the Anaheim Union High School District.
She received her BS in Social Science, Geography, and English from Illinois State University, Masters from Arizona State University in Psychology and Special Education and her Ph.D. in Organizational Theory from the Claremont Graduate School.
Honors have been received from PTA's, 69th Assembly District as Women of the Year, Superintendent of the Year for the State of California and induction into the Hall of Fame for CIF, Sterling Township High School and Illinois State University.
Dr. Grennan continues to be active in the School Improvement Program, searches for administrators, and President of the Effective Leadership Corporation. In addition, she is involved with PEO, the Transitional Center for Abused Women, her church’s pastoral care and many travel adventures.
She has consulted with Syfr. Corp and conducted upward movement professional development workshops. This work has provided Dr. Grennan with a strong national network.
